Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

Most orders ship within 1 business day of placement (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders submitted Friday through Sunday will begin processing Monday. Please note: our standard processing window (time from order placement to shipment) is 3–7 business days—this is separate from the delivery estimates below.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days (after processing)

  • Express Shipping: 7–10 business days (after processing)

    Deliveries do not occur on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an automated email with a unique tracking number and a link to monitor its journey in real time.

Using Discount Codes

Apply promo or referral codes during checkout: navigate to the final "Review Order" page, locate the "Discount Code" field, enter your code, and click "Apply." Codes are valid per order only and cannot be stacked with other offers.

Lost or Stolen Packages
