Conditions for return or exchange:

Condition: Item must be unused, original packaging, all tags sold.

Timing: Requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of order.

Required Photos: Include audio images of the item, tags and packaging to verify condition.

Exceptions:

Lingerie & Swimwear: Due to hygiene regulations we will not accept returns/exchanges on bras, briefs or swimwear once opened.

Size support

Think before you buy: Always check our alcohol sizing chart before purchasing.

How to restore

Contact us: Send an email to support@xibbox.com and provide:

Your order number (for example, #FLR12345).

Photos of items, labels and packaging.

A brief description of the problem (e.g., "body mismatch" or "fabric mismatch").

Pending approval: Our team will respond within 1-3 business days (weekends).

Shipping back: Use the return label provided (for US customers) or cover shipping costs for international returns.

NOTE: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been received and inspected by us.

Refund schedule

Processing: After we receive your returned goods, the refund will usually be completed within 7-14 working days.

Exceptions: Delays may occur due to bank processing times (e.g. international transactions).

Shipping Responsibility

Customer Pays: You are responsible for return shipping charges unless the defect is our fault.

Damaged Items: We will cover shipping costs for defective items - notify us within 30 days.

international customers

No Free Returns/Exchanges: International buyers are responsible for all shipping charges for returns/exchanges.

Customs Fees: Returned items may be subject to import/export duties - these fees are non-refundable.
